Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. During limited releases or high volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. STOP® is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
STOP® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist.
